300 tdi. The air filter was wobbling without the two of four bolts fitted!!

Two of the bolts that hold the straps that hold the air filter inplace have sheered off. Currently held nice and tight with a cable tie. Is it worth drilling out and replacing bolts or can you buy new bit easily?

Since 2009 the new utlity classes as commercial vehicle tax so is popular. Personally I think if you have a csw then black out windows and add window grates to make it secure.

I think its a fairly common problem when oils are cold. Have you changed gearbox oil recently?

Im not sure you've read his post properly. My heater works awesomely. Not messed with it at all. Even now ive changed from a truck cab to csw back its still toasty in there.

If its a single cab I have a truck cab with full glass and full headling too. Also have the tailgate. Simple conversion to do. You can buy it off me if you want but I am in North Devon!!
