I had to get replacment bolts from eBay. The local specialist fastener place only had longer ones that weren't threaded all the way up so i couldn't even cut them. They are M10 x 25mm x 1.0mm pitch thread which is not the M10 fine thread as that's 1.25mm pitch so I'm told. Things you learn :D.

Also had the same issue. One tip don't try and fit the Discovery 3/RR Sport sub-woofer as that doesn't work well, luckily they are cheap from eBay. In the end, I ordered a Pyle PLPW6D for the princely sum of £9.24 from Thompsons. Arrived today, simple swap and to my untrained ear it's excellent.

It's not uncommon for replacement gearboxes to go quickly. A fault code relating to a valve sounds suspiciously like the ever present valve wear problem which is only ever solved by fitting a Sonnax (Sonnex?) valve block. I'd go straight back to the gearbox company and get them to sort it.

I'm afraid the plastic covers on the L322 sills hide their real condition from people especially MOT inspectors. This is mine when I took the cover off to sort out some surface rust on the rear wheel arch. I was too scared to take the other one off:(
