I'm curious to know how long it took you to get to 95? Even with the work done by Alisport it still takes a month of Sundays to get to 75 compared to my old ford explorer. I prefer cruising nicely at 65 now. Still I can actually go off road properly unlike the explorer.

I get an average of 30mpg with a mix of "****e I'm going to miss my ferry" and "feck it I'll get there when I get there" driving. Big difference between 55 and 70 mph, but who's counting :D

Pardon my stoopidity here. After numerous searches is there a definitive answer? I have a 1998 300 TDI it would be great if the 235/85 - 16R fitted without the need for a nip and tuck. Will it fit without rubbing (I will duck and run shortly after the abuse starts) C :)

Totally agree with you, all of the issues I've had have been as a result of poor/lack of care by the previous owner, make sure you keep it maintained and it will run and run. Thanks for the reply! Keep it coming peeps!

I agree, once you have it where you need it (+/- 20%) then it's with out a doubt the most reliable 4x4 I have owned. Certainly the most capable off road and in crap conditions.
