i replaced sills with 120x60x5 box on mums 300tdi. did mine with 50x100x5, could use smaller as im replacing a lot of the floor andmaking body mounts to it will fit. then welded 90x90x5 box to the outside of the sill, a bit lower. solid sills and rock sliders cheap :)
