I did think about that, but its my only transport at the moment, although currently no work to go to...:( but if something comes up I need to get there.. When I have a replacement, i'll probably get this one refurbed as a backup.

I need an alternator for my disco 300tdi. I don't have the dosh for a brand spanker so is there anyone 'reasonably' local who has one i can purchase? or does anyone know of a breakers that may have a disco? I am in Dunstable, but can get to Hemel, MK, Hitchin, Bedford or Aylesbury if necessary...
