    When I've accidentally left a speed sensors unplugged in the past it's made the car idle way to high. Might be worth fitting a speed sensor. Or if it's an auto check you've got a gear select input going to your ecu. That can cause similiar.

    New lifters with an old cam is no no. The cam and lifters wear to each other so it's more likely that each cam lobe is worn with a slight dome shape to it. This would very quickly wear away at your new lifters making them just like the ones that would have been in there before replacement.

    V8 gaskets

    The fibre or composite gaskets make a better seal that tin ones and don't rust, they also do composite cylinder head gaskets too. Any good cylinder head gasket set should come with valve stem oil seals too.

    Immob issue would stop it turning over at all. Did you knock any wiring in the drivers side kick panel area. That's where the ecu and all the relays are.

    Maf sensor, don't some lpg kits not use the cars maf but it would be used on petrol. Try unplugging the maf and see how it drives on petrol like that

    Try a test lamp on your coil terminals. The earth clip of the light to the -be of the coil and the test light tip to the +ve, crank the engine as see if the test light pulses.
