    I'l try that, Im using a 1k etch primer with 2k thinner (that was recommended by the supplier as its faster), i'l flat it back and try a mist coat. Maybe my gun wasn't set up properly. How often between coats?

    My last one was a petrol 2 and 1/4. Really nice engine but overdrive made huge difference to cruising speed and mpg. Bit pricey now but easy to fit

    Yea that sound familiar, had same problem with my last landy. There is height adjustment on the pedal itself which would release pressure if I remember. Also knackered flexis will have same effect..... cheap enough tho. When theyr set up correctly they actually work really well

    I been off forum for few weeks.....yes Britpart!! I followed a few suggestions on other threads.... tried grinding the metal tabs that slot into cylinders which did help a bit. Then had trouble getting rid of the air, I now believe that master cylinder is shot.....pedal straight to the floor...

    How did you get on? Gotta say it looks like fun. I done a lot of rallying etc as navigator so I took a look at the regs out of interest. It mentions shunting... what does this mean? (I may sound thick..lol) and as its done to msa rules does this mean that msa license is required?
