My 2002 discovery 2 has manual seats but the drivers seat rake wheel is just spinning freely and will not wind back up. This is causing severe back pain on long jorneys. Is this an easy fix or am I going to have to try and find another seat

My 2002 V8 Discovery 2 is difficult to start when warm and runs lumpy then revs build to around 1000 rpm and stay there for a minute then drop to around 850/900rpm and runs away fine Any info would be appreciated

I will order some NGK standard ones then, some guys told me I needed silver ones like Brisk but I suppose new plugs and new leads are going to freshen up the spark anyway. Are standard leads 8mm?

Conversions I meant, so standard plugs or iridium or silver?

Is there a spark plug that better suits LPG conventions?

Thanks again for that info but unfortunately I don't think there is an LPG installer in Shetland, however the co reading on the mot test today was 0.05% and the hc was 295, the tester said he has never seen a V8 so low

Thanks for the info about LPG and position of ECU, I am wondering if there wamight be a fault with the system as the guy I bought the disco off told me he had just put 60ltrs of LPG in the tanks but on the way home the four lights started flashing, LPG is 80p pltr here in Shetland

I have not been able to measure properly but the propshaft on my Range Rover Classic chassis seems only about 2" longer than the standard Series propshaft, hope it works fine, fingers crossed

Thanks for that, the propshaft I have taken off my Landy looks very much like the one nearest the camera in the jaws of the vice in your first pic. Are Range Rover flanges a perfect match for Series Axles?
