If the range rover chassis,suspension etc was unmodified then that id could be used but as soon as its cut in half and shortened (or lengthened as my mate found out) then its off to the sva shop.

Can you not cut the head of the knackered bolt off, and stick a nut/bolt assemble in the "wrong way round", captive nut instead, so to speak ?

Removed from mine when it went tdi. 69K on the clock , with torque converter. Anyone need it before the scrap man takes it ?

I bought mine because it was local, cheap,i knew the owner and i was to lazy to travel looking for a Range Rover (which is what i wanted)

Which is why my mate runs a pto winch on his trial motor. Had a warn xd9000i on an old motor, never needed it, Got a champian sumert-or-other on this motor, and will probably never need it. Winches are for people this no friends :lol:

Yeah. It thinks its crashed. Mine does it too. resets after a while though
