I bought an LED light kit from Bolt On Bits and the relay came with the kit. You should call them on 01274 688 388 and see if they will sell you one. Now even with the relay you may still have problems, this is because the LED's use so little power the relay cannot detect the load correctly...

Not really a problem with the LED ones due to the directional beam.

I have 2 LED lights on the bullbar and 4 on the roof rack of my Defender, they're great - very bright and the colour is far better than incandescent as they pick out detail better. I could post a photo if you like when I get home.
