It's the original transfer box so would be a 1.22 ratio and it does have diff lock. The good tyres and wheels are already on another disco its on old tyres just to be moved around.

Just about to start breaking a 300tdi disco if anyone's after any bits before I put them on eBay? All parts available apart from axles! Engine runs perfect and pulls really nicely, gearbox selects all gears as it should. Only reason for breaking is the chassis has rotten through and has split...

£100 R380 gearbox and transfer box won't be for a few days though as still in the Landy and want to check its all still working properly before I sell it. Will be out by the end of next week.

That was on Fb, was apparently being trailered through France and they got rear ended by a Lorry. That's why the trailers a bit bent as well.

There's some pretty good lanes and some which are just a nice drive. From Downton you can link up nicely with the Ox Drove which goes all the way to Shaftesbury isn't anything too major there is one deepish puddle which is a bit slippy underneath but apart from that aslong as it doesn't rain...

I've fitted a fair few Britpart bits the only thing I did have a problem with was they'd drilled the mounting holes for some brake callipers about 5mm out. Sent it back they sent another one and it's been fine ever since :)
