Disco transfer box with 245 70's??

I know I am going to get grilled but I have two sets. One set of insa turbos for off road and one set of road tyres for when I am going on a road trip. Makes a huge difference to acceleration and speed IMO

    What to buy?

First decide if you want a 90 or 110. Only difference is numer of people or kit you can fit in it. Similar decision to whether you want an estate or hatchback really. Then decide on the engine - most people would recommend a TDI (200 or 300) as they are easy to work on, have no real electrics...

    Foxham pay n play

Did anyone else make it to Foxham on Sunday 20th (yesterday)? I was there in my 90, had a good day. I went there first time with a set of Runway ATs and got no where, next time I had a set of BFG MTs and go somewhere and this time I had Insa Turbos and got everywhere! Amazing what difference the...

    new fuek gauge

What you need to do is mess around with the angle of the sender unit arm. You have to bend it so that it reads correctly. What I did was empty the tank using the drain bolt and then I put in what I considered to be a suitable amount of diesel as reserve (i.e. few litres) back into the dry tank...

    Cheltenham Quarry

Accepted your request grim, get in touch and am around this weekend if you want to go and play on Aggs. Last time I was up there a few weeks ago it was really dry but I suspect with the rain we have had recently that the mud pools will be filling up nicely. I have a B reg 90 which is standard...

    Kenlowe Hot Start

Mine is the older square design rather than the newer cylindical design you seem to be able to buy new these days - I think the square ones have a higher output. The few that go on eBay seem to go for around £100 which seems like a sensible starting point.

    Kenlowe Hot Start

For Sale a Kenlowe Hot Start unit which heats the water in your engine so that when you get into the cab the engine is already warm and you get hot air out the vents immediatly. Kenlowe swear that it also increases MPG and reduces engine wear etc but most people use them because the landy...
