if the springs were handed it should lean slightly to pasenger side when no 1s sat in drivers seat because of having diesel tank and driver on same side should sit level with full tank of diesel and driver in it

dont touch it with a barge pole it'll probs be nicked am nt sayin it is but at that age they nick em the grind number off chassis then galvanise them so u cant see that number av been grinded off + looks like a new chassis

my 90 chassis has pretty much had it i could weld the dam thing up again but it will need more patches next year + doing the other work on it like steering box is leaking and the wiring is ****ed now do i fix it or stick the bodywork on a good solid disco chassis that i have sat about doing nowt...

hi as title says its a 1995 300tdi pre fly by wire disco all the lights on the dash come on but when you go to start theres nothing theres relays clicking but it wont turn over i tried just running a wire from the starter to the battery from the spade connection on it and it will turn over that...

i have a strange noise kind sounds like shhhhhhh when accelerating or going up hill and it seems to be down on power and just wont pull i think its the clutch becuase its smells like its burning so it thought it could be slipping but i dont have any problems getting the gears :confused: oh...

it deffinatly looks like a 200tdi out of a disco coz its looks like a single vbelt fan belt and it does look as it it has power steering

id say it was i 200tdi out of a disco which should have a powersteering pump on but it looks likea early 110 but i does have the power steering resevoir so yes it should do

i got 31/10.5 r15 i think ther roughly the same size as 235's i think but wish i had bigger wheels just for the extra clearance under the diffs

do you have the biggest wheels on you can fit?

i had mine nicked managed to get it back what they did to it wen they had nicked it i don't what they did to it no but its never been the same since! and being without a vehicle for work for a week or two is a nightmare!

they only have two wires to them and one is blue with a purple stripe wich is the same colour as one on the wires going to the rear fog light switch and one is black

do you need another switch for the front fog lights in a 300tdi disco because the white plugs are there for the front fogs just sat behind the head lights but do i need another switch to get power to them because the rear fog light switch doesn't seem to put power to the plugs?

the only reasaon they have a problem with cooking the heads is because wen people drain the cooling system they don't bleed the air out the system properly thats why theres a plug where the thermostat is its all because head sits higher than the radiator so unless you bleed the coolant through...

probably the closest parts place to you is cavendish motors in chesterfield but he doesnt always have what you want in but he will be able to get you it or theres paddock spares at matlock looks like a decent motor

how do i get the timming sprocket off the crank shaft because it seems to be seized on and ive made a puller to try and pull it off and it just won't budge
