This inspection applies to all seat belts fitted including child seats/restraints etc. However the reasons for rejection should only be applied to those permanently attached to the vehicle ie secured by nuts, bolts etc. If a belt is fitted, but there is no corresponding seat it is NOT considered...

first place to look is ecu end of plug..if its in there then its deff on injector plugs..litle o ring fails and lets oil seep to ecu along wiring..clean it out and try it..

look at the ecu as well.. see if there is oil in the multiplug connector, it could be coincidence that its started now..but my bet is the wiring loom for the ecu and injectors..oil contamination ..

wiring loom to injectors get oil in them and it buggers up the contacts.. remove the injector connector and se if its wet if it is you can do a temp repair by cleaning out with brake cleaner but it will happen again, land rover do a modified loom for em..very common fault on td5 so i am led to...

could possibly be the wiring loom fault on the injectors you may have disturbed the loom and caused the problem. may be worth checking..
