changed the intercooler pipes new filters and cleaned out the sedimenter, goes like it should now..and no more smoke:)

does sound like turbo mate, my 300tdi did exactly same thing, just chucked another turbo on and cleaned out the cat (i drilled a couple of holes in it to let it drain out then welded em back up when done), still smoked for while till all the oil in the rear exhaust sections had been blown out...
