check all other earth leads chap i belive one to the engine and one to the bolt of a starter motor both on the other side on mine. i also had an alternator fail and discharge the battery all i could here was the alternator huming a while after the engine was turned off hope it selps

Pressure test oil from the sensor could be a worn oil pump, I hat one on a truck do that before. Internal parts worn enough not to give enough pressure on idle, oil gets thinner as it gets warmer and will work through gaps more easily. As engine speed builds the pump works harder and more oil...

I think a bigger turbo would assist you better than two turbos

Look up pro chargers if there was space to fit one I'd want to fit one of them :-D I think you could fit another one, is there any point as I don't think it would aid the engine in any way due to a diesel engine working at such low revs.

Ditto coppetash I brought cheap and it cost me time and money. 30 min job to fit but kept draining the battery when not running, then the sent me a new one and the shaft wouldn't even turn by hand grrr ( Britpart) now have a bearmach runs a treat :-)

Found out I need a wiper motor and central locking solenoid for the boot and then i need a door latch as well. To top it all off I think the starter motor is slowly failing on it :( Still she is an old girl and she still goes :) not bad with a 1996 disco

well checked it to the brand new exhaust (not the bestist place but better than any where else i could find. it gave out 3 ohms on the 3 set of nuts i found it to be 6.8 ohms and they wewr the cleanest ones i could find thanks for your help

done that and while in there i can hear the relay clicking in so that part is working so im now guessing its the wiper motor failed. :mil25::mil25:

ok door shut still not working :confused::confused: still voltage on the center pin? removed the wiper switch i have voltage on pins 2,4 and 5???? of the plug tested the switch off: pins 2 and 5 bell out on continuity 0n: pins 1 and 4 bell out pins 2 and 5 bell out im confused?
