Brilliant thanks for the help Sean, just wanted a rough idea, so can get saving lol. just wanted to make sure wouldnt be better with new engine etc.

Trying to find out how much roughly it gonna cost to fix the head gasket on a land rover defender 200 TDi, and whether this is gonna be something easy to do, or is it gonna be better putting a new engine in. any advice on this is much appreciated.
