Hi there, thanks for your help. its a 200tdi. think the previous owner has botched a lot of electrical bits on to it, central locking, alarm etc. so the earthing point is by the speedo. I seem to have one black wire left on the battery charge dial. are the dials all earthed to one another??

Just after a little bit of advice. I have changed the bulbs on my dials, and had to disconnect them to remove the lenses. now I have reconnected them the fuel and heating is reading high and battery charge not at all. I have looked through the wiring diagrams and they seem to be...
