    Nipples!

There's nothing wrong with being educated, it's great in fact. But when you're mocked, it's easy to become defensive. Back to the oil I bought, I genuinely thought I'd bought the best stuff. Looks like I could have done better, it's not often I get it wrong. It was my first RR and...

Done some more digging and it's appears that Difflock re-label their oils and bump up price. They are Amsoil oils I think.

    Nipples!

Blimey you are a sacrastic so and so! I remember checking the various oils I could get, but it was some time ago. Please give an example of the same oil as the difflock gear at a non 'Harrods' price, for those requiring them.

I paid about £120 a few years ago to replace all the fluids in the gearbox, transfer box and both diffs in a P38 I had. It's not a nice job and according to the manufacturer it lasts twice the regular gear. I also noticed a big improvement in gear selection. It was well worth it. No...

£120 to put the best synthetic oil in for 50k miles is in no way costly. Each to their own.

will Tiger Style Alloy Wheels fit range rover with brembo brake kit fitted?

On another note, how much better are the Brembo 4 pot brake set up, compared to standard? I'm tempted to get the Brembo calipers as they are a straight swap.

    L322 dorr handle covers

If they came off easy, (they might, not sure) I would defo remove them and have my local paint shop spray them. I don't like the look of the covers to be honest, makes them much bigger and a bit of a bodge tbh.

You're right to question your comment. The evo 1 for the gearbox really does make gear changes so smooth, esp when cold in a morning. It's very good stuff and lasts. The question perhaps should be, how much do you care about the heavy stuff under the car you own? It's not quite the...

    L322 heated seats

Does anyone have any experience on repairing the heated elements on the early L322 (2005) models? All my seat bases and backs work except the driver seat back. I've spoken to Landrover and they say you have to buy the leather cover and the element is in there! So that's a no at £1000! I...

EAS Problem - Need experts advise

It's been a while since I've had my old P38 valve block in bits. But if you need a new solenoid, then I'm sure you can replace it. You can also buy secondhand units, etc. You can overhaul the valve block with a new diaphragm and o-rings while you're on too!
