Loooking at the yellow band on those components, could they be diodes? You could try removing one that's not burnt and test it with one of these component testers...

Did you check the flapper/ fuel pump relay system as I suggested in your other thread? Pete

Is the pump running? It's energised by the flap in the MAF opening. I have some pdf files about testing the EFI system but I get an error when i try to upload them. Check for voltage at the ECU mulitplug pin 20 when the flap is open. Should be 11.0 to 12.5V. This then energises the fuel...
