having suffered long enough with a bloody awfull engine knock, which i just could not eradicate i decided to do an injector swap with tother 300 tdi, and bingo a couple of hours well spent, now can anyone put me in touch with a company that can recon said injectors, or would it be more sencible...

i think what you are refering to is the ROCKER COVER GASKET! not the head gasket,is it the studs coming loose from the head or the actual nuts that come loose, if its the stud that comes loose just remove it, give it a clean and the put it back using locktight,if that don't work, helicoil is the...

don't panic, it's a landrover, if it fails it's usualy somat simple to fix.
