mine has always done it, have changed all filters, maf etc and its still doing it!! doesn't use a drop of oil so i'm picking up new injectors one by one and will change them once i've got a full set! as you will probably read, injectors are pretty much classed as a 'service item' any time after 75k

check your hose connection to the washer jet above the filler cap, you'll probably find its leaking....

don't think they were factory fit mate...time to get busy stripping down the seat chasing the wiring....

you are..... in tank pump replaced by wheelarch pump/filter combo...hp pump still in engine....

rear box? fuel tank? both on the offside rear...??? you'll be amazed how a sound can travel thru the body....

wd40 for speed!! autoglym bumper care but go easy with it or it will leave water streaks when it rains! Careful with the hot air gun.... don't forget your front wings are plastic too !!! Peanut butter.... watch out for foxes licking your car at night. Linseed oil is good but, again, go easy...

creeg... i noticed that when i was checking it out and i picked up 25 ltrs of gm dexos 2 for 70 quid delivered from a vauxhall dealer on ebay!!! bargain!!!

5w-30 fully synth was the latest spec advised by land rover. when i did the first oil change n mine the garage i bought it from had used 10-40 and it was like treacle whem it came out and it had only done 5000 miles!! the difference in engine note was really noticeable when changed...

same caliper for td4, 1.8 and v6 just remember that they chganged at 2001 to vented discs so calipers are different for earlier solid discs. freelander spares on ebay are doing new ones for 70 quid........
