this might help..,, i seem to recall that the connections are under the plenum in the corners...just spade connectors hanging in mid-air so can get corroded..

If I remember correctly the HK speakers are a strange impedance so need to be used with the HK amp which then brings its own poblems as they are a strange set up as well!! Best to go for aftermarket I reckon, do a search, been covered many times before with pics and speaker model numbers etc

yep!! mines the same...although it shouldn't use much. perhaps its just that the shorter days mean that the lights/heater etc are on more so will be using more power so using more fuel etc
