    2001 Discover td5 XS Auto??

Watch out for the ACE system if its fitted. About that age, it will probably be starting to rust(The pipes that run around the chassis). A bit of a bastid job for somone, can be up to £1000 to be replaced, or convert it, but will still cost around £400 (all garage prices) for the work to be done.

    2001 Discover td5 XS Auto??

When i PX my Disco 2 ES in 1999 V, 120K on the clock i managed to get £4800 for it. Not bad i though as i only paid about £5200. So in a 18 months it lost £400. But they are expensive machines to maintain so make sure your not stretching yourself, as u will need to repair it!!

In Fuel additives and cleaning agents! Any good?

    Best for travelling??

I had an ES Disco Td5, lovely car, had all the bits on it. Was very confortable, however always worried it would break down, now have a defender TD5, love it. As long as u leave enough time, its not stressful, a little noisy it you are going fast (70+) but i have a/c in mine, so its fine on hot...

    Problem fitting egr blanking kit.

Just fitted mine Shifty. Thanks for the advice the other day. My bolts came out easy. Looks like they had a little copper grease on all of them. I found the easiest thing to use was a socket set with the various extensions/flex angles etc and the Hex adapter in the end

    sticky clutch

Could be your Clutch Master Cylinder on the way out. Mine started feeling Sticky on a long drive up country, after a few hours of driving, the top of the clutch went sloppy and the bite point on the floor. Check your fluid level to see if its leaking. Mine wasnt leaking out, but the seal had...
