Fitted the side mount on the back of the roof, didn't take long. Don't know how bendy the Thunderpole is but a springer type aerial is very whippy, so snagging and bending the panel shouldn't be a problem. (Famous last words :) ) Some pics.

Looks like a bit of plumbing is in order then. One of the pigtails has a 1/4" male fitting. Shouldn't be hard to find a 1/4" male tap connector and a length of copper pipe ... ... and a can of leak detector. I was thinking about doing the same thing, no mains gas at our house. Got rid of...

Spooky, that's just what I did :) I've also been baking sourdough loaves since I made up a starter at Christmas, this was the result, it tasted fantastic. Sorry Fan, not hijacking, honest.
