U/J front prop rear u/j transfer box one , if it's slightly worn apparently will do this there is also an associated squel as it gets worse noticable more up hills/ higher revs / pulling/ reversing!!!! also un balanced prop if it's been of for hand brake work/ also u/j un greased.

Update... Its all gone pete tong fond earth bat to chassis all ok and i disconeccted that cleaned it , found earth gbox to chassis that was gunky so i cleaned it up and tightened it, no other earth found and the starter motor one is like really difficult to get to who desighned that! anyway...

I had identical problems on my old disco it was the fuel pump got a recon one fitted about £325 fitted, it flew also got lift pump filters etc done, then transfer box went titz up!!!!, have you tried the filter first? it would really needchanging if ur gonna do the inj pump and may fix it.

I today fitted my EGR BLANKING PLATE easy pezzy done in 10 minutes then took it for a canning noticed the differance immediatly. mines an auto ES 300Tdi update to follow in 250 miles.:D
