As above read about the jobs (even the small ones) before you get balls deep in them and get in a pickle. I've done loads of work on cars in the past, but am still green when it comes to defenders, and 10 minutes reading can definitely save you an hour cussing!! Good luck Tom

Thanks. Not done that yet but I have plans to - among others. I know they're weak as they are. I read the switch should come off with the wheel in situe and that is is separate to the stalk? I'm hoping this is true and I just need the former... Cheers Tom

They've fixed the earth issue and found out the main problem is in the switch as you can now pull back the stalk and the blue light on the dash lights up as does the actual main beam. Give the switch cable that isn't getting the juice 12v and it all works as it should. Do you need to remove the...
