No? everyone garage ive spoken to have told me its a gearbox out and a a days work. That would be grand but im not 100% what is wrong so cant guarantee I've got all the parts. And im down in kent, most pps seem to be north of me :confused:

Either way, its a gearbox out job and i dont have the means to do that. so its gonna have to go to a garage. and bankrupt me in the process ha!

Ok, may just order them as well then, its been juddering when i pull away in first, which is apparently a sign or either a work plate or oil on the clutch.

No idea the mileage the plate has done, it feels quite high on the bite point so I may as well replace both. Ok, think its worth replacing those, or just waiting to see if they are leaking or not. Bit of a pickle because it will remain at the garage while parts come if they are broken...

ooo okay so that comes with most kits. Ok then, thats good news if it is that. Dont suppose you know if there are any oil seals around that area that might leak and cause the plate to become dirty? Thanks for your help though :)

Is the thrust bearing the same as the release bearing or something completely different?

Got mine back from the garage Friday, drove it to London today and hall drive it back tomz. Then fitting new turrets and dampers She was a little smokey when I first started her. Garage had moved her around on the starter motor because of no clutch

Get my old girl back tomz after she broke down. Looking forward to fitting new dampers & turrets on the front. One thing i am puzzled about... my handbreak wore out so i bought replacement shoes, expander unit, and the 3 clips to hold the expander in place. Adjusted it so it is one notch...

Took the shock of on the front, and removed whats left of the turret that sheered off. Spent hours with the blow torch and WD-40, finally got it all of, gave the area a scrubb with a wire brush, and a quick lick of hammerite to smarten it up. Just awaiting new heavy duty turrets, and new...

rear outrigger? Mine has gone, got a replacement just need a welder to fit it. I got it through the MOT by wrapping some galvanised plastic around it ;) If they can't see it, they dont test it :D But i did with the intention of replacing it anyway :)

I think my landy is on its period, today its decided to break a front suspension turret. Its on a course to bankrupt me this month I think. :( Dont suppose anyone has some turrets.... or a whole new landy? ;)

tis a 1989 90, LT77 gearbox, got a 200tdi in it, so i think they were the right parts :)

i got a blue box one first, it leaked the moment i fitted it, worse then the one i was replacing, then got a trw one or what ever they are all. Slightly more expensive.
