Crossing Offas Dykes Path at Eden Hope hill just NW of Churchtown. I have reported this before when the farmer locked the gate at the NW end and blocked a group in with his tractor last year. This weekend again another group has found the gate padlocked. This seems to be all the time...

I already pushed it up to GLASS and the TRF. I tried to get Total Off Road to show some interest as well. The poster hasnt responded to my request for details of who said it or which council ROW department. I have been told that those details are needed so it can be actioned !!

Is the highways guy prepared to put that down in an email or phone call do you know ? would;d be good to get GLASS and TRF onto this straight away

Theres easy 2 days worth of lanes around Church stretton, Clun, and that area with a bit of everything nice easy stuff to great fords as well as sunken lanes, great views. In fact could stretch it out to 3 if you took it easy
