Hope they have learned a bit more about landrovers now, when they did the discovery they replaced the steering box cos it had a bit too much play in it, they didnt even think about trying to adjust it first!!!

which bushes? if its the bar to chassis ones and you dont have ace polybushes will give you slightly better cornering without making the ride harsh. Personally its the only place I would use polybushes

My Hawkeye shows a egr fault, I have removed the egr but not disconnected the electrics

the rave cd will tell you the locations of them and it will tell you what faults to expect if the sensor is not working and what the ecm replaces their output with if they fail Its best to read all that stuff before proceeding

there are some sensors that will default to a fixed value if you unplug them. from memory they are MAF inlet air temp inlet manifold pressure and I think coolant temp but check the RAVE disc for details. Its worth working through them and unplug them to see if your problem goes away also...
