Washer look arranged correctly but top mount needs to sit where red line intersects Spring seat intersects where red line is

Bottom of shock. Note bush either side or axle mount.

Top of front shock note bush on either side of top mount.

Not right don’t drive it like this. Pretty sure I have same shocks and bushes fitted to mine I will try and take a pic for you.

Check intercooler and all pipework for leaks. Also the small bore pipe that runs from turbo to the back of injector pump. Does the impeller spin freely by hand? ( obviously only check this when engine is switched off for safety reasons )

Just thinking out loud here but have you checked the actuator is working properly? Maybe the wastegate is seized partially open? Try working the actuator rod to see if there is an issue.

Something to do with the egr control module if I remember correctly.

Drifting onwards a little from my first post but not thinking this is worth a new thread of its own. Main bearing cap number 1. Has its own locating dowel on one side. Much shorter than the other dowels which are located in the block. Is this correct?

Thankyou James. All 4 are pretty much the same. Have seen some remanufactured/new... can not quite remember... advertised with the bushings already reamed to size or replace the bushings and machine on the ones i already have.
