    Hello, I have an intermittent SRS light On / Off on my Discovery 2 2004. I checked under the driver's seat (LH) and see photo attached, there is one "loose conector". Does anybody know if that black connector should be connected "somewhere"? Thanks!

    Update: battery arrived, successfully replaced. Radio worked with the code (4 digits) written on the manual by the previous owner. The radio asked for 5 digits, first one I had to enter 0 (zero) and it worked. Thanks!

    Thanks! I just found a code scribbled on my manual (on a page with a picture of the dash) - however, it has only 4 numbers; I have been reading that the code is supposed to be five numbers? Do you guys remember if it is 4 or 5? Mine is a 2004 V8 HSE (Harman Kardon Unit)

    Thanks, will do that tonight. And well, after one hour of driving, tested again, with the car running...voltage between 13.0 and 13.5... I am guessing I might need a new alternator soon...

    Just measured: Engine off, battery is at 11.9 Engine on, ranging from 13.5 to 14.0 Guessing the battery needs changing? Alternator may need refurbishment?
