Rear diff has fill/level plug only but you can syphon the old oil out . Filler plug is a 3/8 square drive !

You can get the cable kits of ebay for about £15 , It was the plastic bits that broke on mine that caused the cable to fail ! Kit if you have time to fiddle about ( in the cold ) or get the compleat unit for ease ?

Send your VCU to bell & they will test it for you , Then you will know how bad or good it is ? Could be ok for all you know ? But if it's starting to seize they will send you a replacement out .

The front mount is the one that normaly goes side one's were all ok on mine . The cheap one are cheap for a reason :rolleyes:
