Give the nuts on your rear shock mounts a good tightening up. Could also be a bit of prop backlash. Engine off, neutral, handbrake on, give the prop a good twist back and forth and see what you hear. Some free movement is normal, but you want to inspect and grease the UJs there too.

Drive flanges don't tend to clunk. More likely prop or diff backlash, or just a loose shock mount. When does it do it? When taking up the drivetrain, shifting load, or continuously?
