no, my nanocom does not mix up the sensors. i had tested that by disconnecting one of them to make sure it throws the error on to the disconnected side.

another interesting thing is that when i only replaced the left side hub (which was the only one giving an error on nanocom) nothing changed. after i replaced the right one too it fixed the problem. I suspect bearings from different manufacturers give slightly different signals which might be...

The "old" ones were only a few months old when they started giving errors (britpart oem option). So i m guessing its the cheaper britpart design? Not sure , hopefully i remain 3 amigos free 🤣

Had radius arms britpart poly bushes and they were horrible in everyway so those are now banned haha

In need of new shock bushes! Had replaced a few months ago for all makes but started cracking after a couple of months so not fitting those again. Genuine ones are out of stock or cost as much as new shocks (with the bushes included!) . Is there any sensible bushes options that would last more...

i agree, when i tried it is very hard to actually get the "tool" aligned properly so its almost impossible to do anything accurately.

finally got around fitting the NAK seals. They were a lot harder to fit than the genuine ones. apart from the ID, even the OD is a little bigger so they need to be hammered in place. well at least they have been a couple of days leak free, which is more than the genuine ones :cool:

tried another ecu and its the same, although tbh i have no way of knowing if ths is a good ecu or not, but behaved similarly. the wiring seems fine, i will try to replace the wheel hub. however im noticing squeaking from the brakes, im wondering if it has anything to do with it!

looking at Rave manual it seems to suggest use of the lever rather than locking the flywheel :(

yes, i have seen it on discovery2.co.uk but locking the flywheel with the laser tool (i already have it!) would make it so much easier i recon

so was looking into replacing the crankshaft pulley as it started squeaking a bit and found this video: Instead of making up a tool to hold the crankshaft while undoing and tightening the pulley, this bloke just locked the flywheel. Is this safe or do i run the risk of damaging something...
