    Cab radiators

I say radiators, not in the traditional sense; the wolf ones dont have an internal reservoir like the engine rad, its just 15mm domestic standard copper pipe with ali finns slipped over to increase surface area, the extra water volume is minimal and circuit is a simple horse shoe- its maybe 3...

    Cab radiators

Thats interesting, wolfs use the webasto to pre heat the engine, i thought the heaters were (almost) an after thought to raise the interior temp a little & stop ppl sticking to the metal interior. Im gonna try it off the engine and see what i get, even if its negligible, iv still got room for...

    Cab radiators

thats a very good question! wtf do you know red?! Clearly not how to read...... If you read the question, i asked where to join the existing pipe work and has anyone else done it I already know it works. Lol have a word with yourself, you are a repeat casualty in the war on stupid.

    Cab radiators

If a tiny webasto can heat them (bearing in mind iv only used 3 of the 5 in a wolf) and pre heat a 300 engine at -30 in norway, im sure my 2.5 lump can do the business, even with the main rad and the oem heater rad in the same circuit... Im not talkin hot enough to dry clothes next to! Just...

    Headlining revamp

Closed cell foam is supposed to be but it will still hold water -the ones we get at work are terrible! also it tends to be expensive, iv seen ppl go for the cheaper option and its worse than sticking a sponge to the roof! Lol

    Cab radiators

Ha ha i wish! u guys crack me up! Its because iv a metal bulkhead between the cab and load area and no airflow through, the result is its quite cold and damp in the back, dont want to be chipping ice off the inside when i do norway next year! From the parts list and diagrams iv got it looks...

    Headlining revamp

Its not for absorbing the condensation as it has no way to drain and would just mould - its supposed to stop the warm moist air contacting the cold metal of the roof so the water cant condense. I havnt stuck any camping mat to mine- i used an army radhaz kit to insulate the airgap.

Battery Isolator Cut Off Power Kill Switch

iv fitted mine on the battery box, its a marine type made by osculati with a cover for the terminals on the rear which could -if you wanted- be filled with resin to waterpoof it, though this would mean you better be happy with the cable setup. Got the idea from the wolf slave charging socket...

    Headlining revamp

Hi tom Yeah no worries, the way i did it was to carefully peel off the old saggy material, smooth that out onto the reverse of new material and draw around it like a template. Then cut out the shape a little bigger to allow some fudge factor. It made it easier to measure the lining out...
