When I get the gauge I will try that one unless some one tells me other wise before hand! Cheers

That looks great, just found something very similar from Rhino racks which is the same j bolt with a circular plate then the same large wingnut, £26 not to bad!

Ok cheers, think I'll just go with the strap idea, and getting it up is no bother did it this morning, to get it down I just lowered it down on a piece of rope!

I have just bought a 2 year old rust free g4 90 roof rack off eBay for £300, and I can't seem to find any images or kits to but to mount the wheel up there, I don't want to be welding to the rack or using straps needs to be a solid bolt on job. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The felt weather seals on the bottom of the windows seem fine, but there is large amounts of water coming into the car now the door cards have been removed due to having to replace the door handles. The door cards prevented all the water going into the foot wells but then the doors filled up...

cheers for the replies am also going to tackle the job of replacing the hinges as they are on their last legs!

Decided to tackle the job tonight and used an 8mm drill to drill out the head of the screw, worked a treat !!

hi there if they are 90 window surrounds i am very interested in buying them off of you if they are still for sale???

they are very good bumpers, have got one on my 90 they are galvanised first then powder coated and made out of 6mm
