thankfully guys not needed,i was ready to jump in to attach tow rope but the guys wife just started walking in so saved me getting wet.Got another problem with the disco now,when i jump started it there was some smoke coming out of the exhaust then whilst driving back temp went up warning light...

just want to say sorry if i woke anyone up today or troubled you and if you were on your way out then thanks again but luckily for me a guy was walking his dogs and then gave me a tow out in his L200,otherd him some money to say thanks but he said no which was very kind of him,i also stayed nice...

count me out i had to do a 17hr shift yesterday and got to work again today (oh the joys of work and being on call :mad: still pays for my landy tho :) ). did you get your new dash fitted. atb lee

im up for saturday as i've finally finished sorting the disco out,where was you thinking off going.

replaced radiator,coolant pump,thermostat and top and bottom hoses.

im finally replacing my rad,thermo,coollant pump and hoses so i'll be missing out tomorrow but if all goes well then i'll be out for some lanes or whaddon on sunday. Has anyone changed a coolant pump before and if so how hard was it or anything important for me to know/watch out for. atb lee

has anyone got 2 or 4 spare wheel locking nuts for a disco 1 on steel rims that i could borrow for a few days till i buy some.needed asap. cant buy none till i get paid and that should be wednesday hopefully. atb lee.

have you changed tyres lately because when my mate changed his tyres he put the 2 front tyres on wrong with the directional arrow going anti clock wise and he got terrible vehicle wobble around 40mph,when he put the tyres on correctly all was fine and shakes and wobble's stopped. atb lee
