Series 3 Essential tool kit for home mechanic?

As I’m just in from doing diffs, relay, swivels etc, it occurred to me that the oil pump thing I use is essential for getting oil into swivels, gearbox, etc. Given that fluids is something that should be dine regularly I’d say a hand oil pump is pretty vital !

    Large Wing Mirrors Series

I’ve got the wrong type of hinges to hand def mirrors off, so have gone back to the original wing mounted jobs, had some big rectangular mirrors on, but they were worse thn useless. Have ordered original wee round ones. Had them on my first series in 1978 and as far as I recall they were fine.

Havent been down there for a while, getting a caravan this year, so might take a wee trip down! My old girl started second turn again today and is was about minus 10 here last night.
