Wouldn't the system just think the DPF is very clean if there's no pressure differential - or if there needs to be some then surely a resister fitted to the downstream (or upstream depending on which way round the readings work) to fool the ECU into thinking there is a pressure differential...

Indeed, wouldn't the more planted axle be less likely to have spinning wheels scrabbling for grip putting the diff under strain?

I know about the randomisation of diffs fitted depending on what they had laying around - but I always thought Thor 4.6s were supposed to have four pin diffs front and rear due to the standard fit 4 wheel TC.

Well I've known at least one issue where someone has fitted super duper plugs with a super fine tip - which broke off and ruined a cylinder - it was on a turbocharged bike - but still - I'm sure it would have been fine with the standard type plugs.

I know they say crank position sensors either work or they don't - well try telling that to my car! It feels like a Ferrari compared to how it was, throttle response is now crisp and immediate - she charges along on half throttle like she used to (I presumed the engine was getting tired at 150K+...

When you've spent years mucking around with tuned two strokes - you learn a thing or two about spark plugs - one Champions are often duff out the box! Two, never had a duff NGK - three they don't oil up half as much as anything else! Had a fling with Bosch and they didn't seem to be much better...

As I said before a sized VCU would effectively be a centre diff lock - it is not your problem.

The best spark plugs in the world are bog standard NGKs - it's as simple as that.
