:) Thanks guys:) Mine is one piece the ball joint is riveted to the arm.Can we just grind off the rivets and buy seperate ball joint to get it fix?I guess i will have to get both of them replace.

I open up and cleaned mine today using the CRC MAF cleaner. Guess what the turbo inlet pipe was not connected properly and when i start there is a loud cranking noise like a screw inside a the engine grinding. I check but there was no screws left out so no chance of anything droping into the oil...

Are you talking about the lower arm ball joint?

Yup turning on uneven grounds have noise even on straight road which is uneven have noise too.How can i check if its faulty before i change them?Thanks. Mike

Good info will get mine sort out this sunday.But need to send my hippo to SC to get the CV replace as going uneven roads now giving me the kluk kluk sound.

Trying using 4 x 4 tyres or tyres meant for SUV cause you will not like soft wall tyres which are meant for sedan cars.

:mad: It does not state in the manual and also noy in Hyanes too. My dealer also did not ask me to change until there is a leak at the turbo unit.:mad:

By the way how many kms before we need to replace the pump?Is the pump impeller made from plastics like beemers?

Yup its only 5.5 litre of oil not 6.5litres as claim in the manual even an oil filter replacement is carried out.I always ask the mechanic is to put in 5 litres and the balance i will put in myself.They always overfill:mad:

Yah usually is the engine breather filter.Change it and get the engine clean up then see where is the leak.

I prefer to leave it original and will just make an effort to open and give it a clean every 30,000kms together with the breather filter replacement. Next project would be the inlet Manifold.
