try changing a blown tyre just after the sleeper, blew an insa turbo on the sleeper in January, it is easier on the way down.

tried it, it does work (just) if you can heat the oil up - I use an old burco and a steel oil can, but it does take a long time and tbh, it's better to save your cash and buy a compressor and schutz gun or parraffin wash gun, both of these work better

borg and beck, change the fork for an uprated one, and defo change the shaft seal. and dont under any circumstances use anything in a blue bag. unless you really like taking your defender to bits
