Hi All, Got a 2003 53 Plate TD5 Auto. want to know which is the best option and company to go with to get a little extra power from it. Also how do the upgrades affect the Auto box. Don't want to loose a lot in fuel economy if I can help it, going to be doing around 15-20,000 miles a year...

Hi Darlo, I'm hoping as I bought it from a Land Rover Main Dealer last Friday that they may do a bit more than just silicone it, maybe after the years warranty runs out then I may consider it.

Thanks Chaps, We will see what they come back with. Is it possible that it could just be the drain tubes? Just asking as I'm sure that will be what they say first as it's the easiest and cheapest thing to do.

Batteburg, Couldn't agree more, just about everything on the Kia Sorento was OK, had all the bells and whistles but just missed my old Disco. Still after 3 days and now water in the headlining i'm back to wondering...... :mad:

Hi All, Just bought a 53 plate TD5 on Friday, noticed this morning there was water in the rooflining on the drivers side from the front A-pillar to the B-pillar. :eek: It was parked on a fairly flat drivway overnight. Do you think this is just the drain pipes from the sunroof, or sunroof...

E-Class.... Sure it wasn't a Sea-Class :D Now is the book open on wether it was a male or female driver. :rolleyes:

Hi Guy's, Sold my Series II 4.0 V8 7 weeks ago and bought a Kia Sorento 2.5 CRDi XS, had it a total of 7 weeks before I'd had enough so it had to go. Just bought a 53 Plate Series II TD5 XS Auto so will be back here picking your brains and asking advise again. It's good to be Back.!!! :D

Hi All, Just thought I'd share it with you. Revjames, I doubt a 2001 TD5 would fair that much better I've just put a deposit on a 2003 TD5 and am a little on the worries side now.! Oh well who cares, it's a landy. :D

Thanks Guys, Managed to fix it last night just needed a "little" persuasion and a bit of grease in the bottom of the seat, there are 2 metal levers in there, one connected to the top seat pull to drop the back of the seat and another connected to the pull strap on the bottom to lift the base...

Hi All, On a Series II Discovery 1999. The back rest (60) part of the 60/40 split rear seat will not lock back into upright position. You still have to lift the lever to get it from the down position to go upright but it just won't lock. Anyone any ideas before I start taking it all...
