    ive done the box section aswell but ive cut the inner and out lip aswell as some of the floor was in poor state aswell. when box put into placed and line up ive sheet metal and drilled it along the edge that would sit on top of the box section and puddled weld it. just need to finsh the end...

    this morning was fitting plastic wheel arch after finshing off the much needed welding,then checked wheel over and found the bearing had play so fixed that only to find out i had play at hands 9-3. ive been informed thats it my track rod ends which have play in them. think i better order...
