well my manifold is blowing so have gaskets ready also notice some more nuts missing in the exhaust to turbo so mange so source some nuts for these.seems to be going on for ever chaseing blowing areas of this exhaust.

Well the way I did was cut out all the lip and bottom of rear arch to gain access then I placed mounts onto riggers and bolted and offered up the box and get fully in place then I tack weld a couple of welds to make sure they in right place. This is were the fun starts I removed the bolts and...

Myself has I cut the innersill and outersill lip off,I welded a sheet from floor and puddle weld on top of box section.so much easier this way,and in the arches I welded the piece in and and also puddled that on to the end caps of the sills for extra strengh

if your using as a everyday car and all leakes sorted ,myself dry it all out and refit. 1 for comfort and 2 keep the sound levels down. if it used off roading then dont bother it be easier to keep clean with hose pipe

there plenty infor on here regarding box section.i did the box section,best tip i would say is remove the doors or you be spending your time walking around them. it also take the weight off the door pillers. :)

id undue body mount and cut away mount to gain access and repair sill and repace with a new body mount.it makes the job so much easier.as above support body with a jack and a pieace of wood to spread the weight

Notice yesterday had a slight blow on engine. Well today found where it was blowing,bolt missing from exhaust to cylinder head is missing, the nearest one to front of engine. So now on hunt for new bolt

steering wheel was way out after doing the track rod ends and drag links. drove it straight made sure steering box was inline.couple of turns on the drag link and the steering went straight.all nipped up and test drive all fine even lock to lock. job done. :D

dont forget the heay duty fork aswell
