I never had a problem with heat in the eas box cos my eas works as it should but when I was last under the bonnet with a drill I put about a dozen 10mm holes in the lid then taped a piece of the wifes tights over the lid to act of a kind of filter Doesn't look great but I guess its all thats needed

Problem sorted Turns out the tentioner is not spring loaded. You adjust it by loosening the bolt holding the pulley then tightening the mounting point bolts effectively moving the entire unit then lock it in place by retighening the pulley bolt Seems a strange way to do it to me but thats the...

Almost defanatly the front diff But to rule out vc get both front wheels off the ground and wheels should turn by hand with small effort Now 4.6 had 4pin diffs in rear to deal with the extra power but any diff will fit anywere There was storys about late p38 4.6s having 2pin rears from factory...

I opened the holes slightly till a m10 fit in (with a good tw@t from a weighted stick! Aka hammer) But dont hit the rivnut cos you could bend it half in the hole! Put a bolt in finger tight and hit that! Does it show I learnt that the hard way?

As above That said it don't look that bad! cant see the road yet lol
