yes they connected it to the correct software and found no logged faults other than the seat thing that you have. So there are no faults registering but the testbook does apear and does not log a fault. 1. could low aircon gas cause this fault?. thanks ewan:confused:

you have a problem. i can get my v8 petrol classic to do that milage. change all filters change air filter for a performance one slick 50 engine. replace oil with fully synthetic check tyre presures

Hi 1. off course a k and n will make a difference. why you ask?. 2.the k a nd n allows more air to pass through the filter than a standard one . this then alows your fuel to air mixture to be better, thus giving you a cleaner burn, more power, better sounding engine and at least 2 mpg more...

check fuel filter seal? also it may sound stupid but if your garage that you get diesel from has old tanks then you may be buying water with your diesel. water or air in system would cause an erratic idle. good luck:)

put it nice and simple to them. If they dont put rite the damage that they have caused to your car . then you and 6 mates are gonna take the cash out of his legs. Personally I would have kicked the **** out of him already( hey but that is just me).

Yes your faults could be connected. If it was me i would go to a non franchised landrover garage and let them plug it into diagnostic equipment.( stay away from franchised dealers ).

If the intercooler was blocked then the car would overheat. you can replace the intercooler for a larger one an dit would improve your performance aswell( try alard intercoolers on the net) they aint cheep but they know there onions.

look for a box thats slightly bigger than a fag packet . thats it. if you dont know for sure then i suggest you phone previous owner up ( info on logbook)>:)

you have to hold the clutch to the floor when you press the hi/lo button . no 1. depress clutch and hold n02. press switch to transfer from hi to low or vise versa no3. wait for dash to confirm hi or low gears . n0 4 remove foot from clutch and of you go.

replace all filters for new( buy a k and n air filter insert , 40 quid and have a lifetime warranty). replace oil for fully synthetic add slick 50 ( it does what it sais on the can):) get injectors serviced

OK, Mine is a manual too. explain in detail the exact fault that you have with gearbox. IS IT THAT OU WANT TO SELECT LOW RANGE? AND IT WONT GO INTO LOW RANGE?. BE SPECIFIC AND I WILL TRY AND HELP EWAN:)
