Yes but you will need to drill the rivets out on drivers side as it has a box for ecu

Earth cable from neg on battery has a clip type thingamajig (located by gearbox crossmember ) I had the same problem on my old 300 clean it with wire brush an reattach to chassis the clip might even need a hit with a hammer to tighten it back on to the copper
