I think the outer seats where Graco and the centre was a booster of undetermined make. Centre seemed a bit tight but actually worked well, using seatbelt pads over the seat belt to make them more comfy.

I have wiring diagram for 2010 model. In that they are both supplied from rear junction box, so check fuses and relays there.
