    I have a blanked off hole in my dash next to the temp gauge. Nature hates a vacuum (except in my wallet), so what should I put in it and where can I get it? Suggestions? Inclinometer/ compass seems to be the obvious one, but searches come up blank.

    I just bought an isolator switch with a removable "key". I want to fit it on the starter motor earth if this will work, but I want the switch body to be somewhere accessible so I actually bother to use it. Has anyone done this, if so how?
